ArtHop

FREE admission every third Thursday of each month from 5:00 - 8:00 pm for Art Hop at FAM.

The ArtHop program is a monthly event featuring art exhibits in over 60 art venues in Fresno County.  Art venues include galleries/artist studios, retail outlets, and public spaces that the public could visit on the first and third Thursdays of each month. 

ArtHop is a program of The Fresno Arts Council (FAC), a private, 501(c) (3) non-profit organization established in 1979 by local artists, arts organizations and interested individuals who wished to create a voice for the arts in the Central San Joaquin Valley.  The mission of FAC is to "enrich people's lives through the arts".

 

  1. It is important to plan your ArtHop date.  Login to http://www.fresnoarthop.org to check for art exhibit/event details, location and/or if the specific venue you intend to visit is open that day.
  2. Dress for comfort.  Check the weather before heading to ArtHop venues.
  3. Carpool, or meet at a designated place and carpool to other venues.
  4. Take your friends and/or families.
  5. Support local artists by purchasing artwork for sale.
  6. Join Bike Hoppers.
  7. Have Fun.
